Dynamic Opportunity at Luxury High-Rise Condominium in Hudson County, NJ

Are you a seasoned professional in Property Management seeking a challenging and rewarding role? Taylor Management Company is looking for an on-site General Manager to oversee the administration, management, and operation of a prestigious Luxury High-Rise Condominium. In this role, you will work closely with the Board of Directors, establish and approve Association policies, and integrate activities to meet the community's needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure alignment with Board directives and goals.
  • Adhere to Association governing documents and legal requirements.
  • Manage the association's financials.
  • Coordinate services by creating necessary specifications.
  • Conduct regular property inspections for compliance.
  • Cultivate and maintain positive vendor relationships.
  • Attend and actively engage in Board meetings.
  • Exhibit exceptional customer service and a proactive attitude.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
  • Possess fluent communication in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Preference for CMCA designation or willingness to pursue CMCA, AMS, PCAM designation.
  • Minimum 3 years of Property Management experience, including expertise in High-Rise buildings.
