Hi Rise Community Manager

Acts as the on-site Managing Agent for the administration, management, and operation of the Luxury High Rise Condominium according to established and approved Association policies, procedures, and rules and regulations; and in so doing integrates and coordinates activities of all Association personnel, vendors, and contractors while responding to the needs of the community, all through the direction of the Board of Directors. Requirements Strong sense of customer service Great organizational skills, attention to detail College Education Required Must be able to read, write and communicate English fluently Proficient with Microsoft Office High Rise Building Experience Required Minimum of five years experience in Property Management Taylor Management company professionally manages over 250 communities throughout the New Jersey area.
