Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Maintenance at Castle Group located in Highland Beach, FL. The Head of Maintenance will oversee preventive maintenance, maintenance & repair, maintenance management, and team management activities on a daily basis.

- Maintenance Management expertise
- Team Management capabilities
- Experience in maintenance operations
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and building codes
- Certification or degree in a related field (e.g., Facilities Management)
- Strong knowledge in building mechanical systems
- Computer and reporting skills
