Job Description

Associa is currently looking for a Gutter Maintenance Technician to join our Blue Mountain team in Beaverton, OR.

How will you make an impact?

A gutter maintenance tech makes a difference by:

• Working ongutters and roof tops that are 10 to 40 feet high
• Pressure washing concrete, buildings, flatwork, playgrounds, monuments, etc.
• Doing general fence repairs
• Collecting bulk items/trash from multiple communities
• String trimming of areas not serviced by the community's landscaper
• Servicing water quality facilities
• Doing general facility repairs.
  
  

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation to work. Work trucks and tools will be provided.
• Previous gutter maintenance experience is a plus, but not required.
• Comfortably walk & work from heights 10 to 40 feet in the air along roof edges and/or from a ladder
• Able to safely maneuver extension ladders on all types of roofing, pitches, and condition
• Competent working with hand tools, small power tools, and generators.
• The ability to lift, move, push, and pull up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather, year-round.
