Job Description
As a Group Product Manager at TownSq you will play a key role in leading the product management team, driving the development and execution of our product strategy, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products to our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define and deliver innovative solutions that meet both customer needs and business objectives.
Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product strategy that aligns with the overall company vision and goals.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment on product priorities, features, and go-to-market strategies.
- Product Roadmap: Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and business priorities.
- Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
- Customer Focus: Work closely with customer support and gather customer feedback to continuously improve products and enhance user satisfaction.
- Metrics and Analysis: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of products and make data-driven decisions.
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet project timelines and budget constraints.
Requirements
Product Management Expertise:
- Demonstrated experience in all aspects of the product management lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies that drive business growth and align with organizational objectives.
Leadership and Team Management:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team of product managers.
- Experience in hiring, mentoring, and developing talent within a product management team.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
- Ability to facilitate communication and foster a culture of collaboration to drive successful product outcomes.
Market Analysis and Strategic Thinking:
- Deep understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Proven ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.
Data-driven Decision Making:
- Proficiency in using data and analytics to inform product decisions.
- Experience defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
Customer Focus:
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to empathize with users and translate customer feedback into product enhancements.
- Experience working closely with customer support teams to address customer needs.
Budget Management:
- Experience managing product development budgets effectively.
- Ability to allocate resources efficiently to meet project timelines and financial constraints.
Strategic Communication:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies to diverse audiences.
- Experience presenting product plans and updates to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Adaptability and Innovation:

- Proven track record of driving innovation and adapting to evolving market conditions.
Industry Knowledge:
- Familiarity with Community / HOA Management trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Previous experience working in Community / HOA Management is a plus.
Education And Experience
- High school diploma required, associates or bachelors degree a plus
- Professional certifications (CPO, CPSM)
