Grounds/Landscaping Maintenance Technician – Villas at Seven Canyons (Sedona, AZ)

We are seeking a Grounds/Landscaping Maintenance Technician to work with our team to maintain our beautiful Villas for the arrival of our VIPs. Very competitive wages and benefits for full-time employees. Overall maintenance experience necessary. Minor electrical and plumbing, pool experience a plus.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

1-2 years building and grounds maintenance experience.
Great customer services skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Experience in a residential community a plus.
Ability to lift 50lbs or more.
Flexible scheduling, weekdays/weekends, holidays etc., and response to emergency calls.

Responsibilities:

Daily property inspections & reporting of any/all service issues to supervisor.
Perform basic mechanical, electrical and grounds maintenance.
 Maintenance of common areas. 
Keep property/flower beds/parking areas/common areas free of all debris and trash.
Pool inspection and maintenance (CPO a plus).
Perform minor repairs, touch up painting, and minor irrigation repairs.
Identify and report any safety issues to management.
