Job Description
Superintendent / Assistant Superintendent
Lansbrook Master Association (LMA) is the master HOA for 21 neighborhoods that comprise Lansbrook. We have 1,800 homes in a park-like setting between Brooker Creek Preserve and Lake Tarpon. Lansbrook is a sanctuary in the most densely populated county in Florida (Pinellas County) with its homes containing large lawns and pools. We are no longer related to Lansbrook Golf Course, which is located nearby.
The LMA is seeking someone with the qualifications of golf course Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent to work with our existing Director of Campus of Services as he progresses towards retirement.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: (May include some or all of the following as applicable)

You will help maintain and enhance the 100+ acres that are part of the Master Association, including:
- Lakefront Park - A gated waterfront park on Lake Tarpon. The park offers a boat ramp and 25-slip dock, walking trails, a wooden boardwalk, new playground, open-air pavilion, restrooms, and a volleyball court.
- Lansbrook Commons - A centrally-located park that offers football fields, a kiddie soccer field, 2 volleyball courts, 4 basketball courts, restrooms, and a playground.
- Hundreds of acres of irrigated and landscaped land along the roads throughout Lansbrook, including common areas that are otherwise maintained by the 21 sub-associations.
- 3 Pump Houses and 2 Wells that provide irrigation to the Master Association property.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES REQUIRED
Education/Training/Certifications/Licenses:
Requires a minimum of (2) year’s general experience in repair and maintenance of landscape and landscape irrigation systems. 1 -2 years of Golf Course Maintenance experience desirable. 1 -2 years of Fertility/Fungicide application and maintenance experience preferred. 1- 2 years of experience with repair, maintenance, and design of irrigation , pumping and drainage systems preferred. Experience or ability to properly utilize equipment such as tools, mowers, chainsaws, and similar outdoor equipment while following safety procedures. Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required. Effective written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience as a golf course Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent
- Knowledge of irrigation system repair
- Knowledge of maintenance equipment
- Ability to obtain various Florida Applicator’s Licenses, including “Limited Lawn and Turf License” and “Ornamental and Turf License”.
