Are you a skilled and dedicated groundskeeper professional looking to make a tangible impact on residential communities? We are seeking a reliable individual with a passion for ensuring a safe and well-maintained living environment for our residents.

Compensation:

$19 to $23 per hour depending on experience

How Our Employees Make an Impact?

Our Maintenance Technicians play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents and the value of their properties by:

  • Handling basic preventative and corrective maintenance tasks.
  • Keepingthe grounds in a clean and attractive manner.
  • Monitoring the upkeep and maintenance of the landscaping and grounds daily.
  • Cleaning sidewalks and disposing of debris and trash properly.
  • Assisting other staff with larger maintenance repairs or projects

Requirements

  • 0 – 3 years of directly related or closely related experience
  • Knowledge of equipment such as lawnmowers, blowers, and trimmers, and be familiar with a variety of gardening tools to be used for different purposes. They must also be reliable and physically fit, as their job can be quite labor-intensive.
  • Knowledge of general maintenance requirements, (documentation, safety, required reporting, regulations, etc.)
  • Knowledge of State or local governmental safety requirements.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
  • Interpretation and completion of verbal and/or written instructions at a proficient level.
  • Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
