GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR EXPERIENCED GROUNDSKEEPER!!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited :
- Clean clubhouse(s), clean gatehouse, arrange pool furniture, pick up debris, some landscaping (Install plants, flowers, mulch.
- Minor painting.
- Use of Golf Cart/ Gator required, use of leaf blowers, use of hand tools.
- Violation inspections and providing violation notices.
