Greenskeepers 1, 2, 3 Positions - Seven Canyons Golf Club (Sedona, AZ)

We are seeking new employees to fill our Greenskeeper positions at scenic Seven Canyons Golf Club located in Sedona, AZ. If you have other related skills or interests, we are also interested in hearing of them. Full-time is our preference, but part-time opportunities will also be entertained.

We offer benefits to our full-time employees after 60 days of employment.

The pay range is $18.50 - $21.00/Hourly DOE

Qualifications:

• Experience in grounds and landscaped area construction/maintenance work
• Working knowledge of and ability to use hand and power tools/equipment
• Ability to operate trucks and light motorized equipment
• Able to follow oral and written directions
  
  

Physical Requirements:

• 30% sitting; 70% walking, standing and bending
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• AZ driver’s license, ability to drive a golf cart
• Will be working in all weather conditions
  
  

Job Tasks:

• Performs general landscape maintenance using hand held equipment
• Rakes bunkers with power rake or by hand, aerifies greens and tees
• Operates small machinery to assist with edging, trimming and mowing
• Prepares soil beds for sod, seed and vegetative material
• Assists with fertilizer applications on tees, fairways and rough areas
• Operates riding equipment in mowing fairways, approaches and rough
• Operates sod cutter, trencher and tamper for routine projects
• Operates utility vehicle and tractors for hauling purposes
• Performs other related duties as assigned
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
• Regular and reliable attendance
