Description

Taylor Management Company is seeking an on-site General Manager for the administration, management, and operation of Luxury High-Rise buildings in Hudson County, NJ. This role involves providing a high level of support, working closely with the Board of Directors, and establishing and approving Association policies, procedures, rules, and regulations. You will integrate and coordinate activities of all Association personnel, vendors, and contractors while responding to the needs of the community under the direction of the Board of Directors.

This position is full-time & on-site | Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the policies, procedures, resolutions, and goals of the Board are met.
  • Understand the Association governing documents, rules, regulations, and all legal requirements.
  • Manage the financial aspects of the association.
  • Prepare specifications for all services required by the association.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with the Association’s rules and regulations.
  • Manage vendor relationships.
  • Attend all Board meetings.
  • Facilities experience required.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude at all times.

Requirements

  • Strong sense of customer service.
  • Great organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English fluently.
  • Minimum of three (3) years experience in Community Association (COA) or Homeowner Association (HOA) management.
  • Minimum of five (5) years proven High-Rise Community Management experience.
  • Facility Management experience preferred.
  • Industry designations preferred but not required (CMCA, AMS, PCAM, CPM, ARM).
  • Availability for emergency calls 24⁄7.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Strong project management experience.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (WORD, Excel, PowerPoint).
