Description

Pima Canyon Estates is a residential HOA neighborhood with a permanently staffed gatehouse for an added level of controlled access.

Primarily responsible to serve as main gate attendant to ensure all authorized guests are allowed to enter the community and direct them accordingly.

Position Responsibilities

  • Welcome all those arriving at gatehouse with courtesy and respect to ensure a pleasant experience.
  • Screen all those arriving at gatehouse to determine whether to allow access to the community.
  • Give appropriate direction to visitors.
  • Complete visitor entry documentation as required.
  • Performs other related duties as directed.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

  • Ability to interact and work positively and effectively with homeowners, guests, contractors and other staff members.
  • Demonstrate courtesy, good judgment and tactfulness at all times.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and establish priorities.
  • Ability to utilize basic computer skills to open and edit files in Microsoft Word & Excel.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

  • Sitting/standing at community access gate work station.
  • Manually opening gate operators in an emergency.
  • Ability to lift and place orange traffic safety cones in entry lanes as needed.
  • Ability to hand maps to drivers in commercial trucks.
  • Ability to lift small to medium-sized packages left at gatehouse for homeowner.
