Job Description

The a Gatehouse Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety, security, and smooth operation of our community. They are responsible for monitoring access to the community, welcoming residents and visitors, and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle various administrative tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Gatehouse operation during designated hours by monitoring access for authorized individuals in a friendly and professional manner
• Excellent customer service to residents, visitors, vendors and staff
• Perform administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

Skills and Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
• Understanding of security protocols and emergency response procedures is desirable
