Job Description

Associa is currently looking for a Gatehouse attendant to join our team in Highlands Ranch, CO. The Gatehouse Attendant is to maintain records of who enters or leaves the property, at the front gate.They may keep track of signing visitors in and out and monitor incoming deliveries. GatehouseAttendants generally assist with providing guests with information and directions.

How will you make an impact?

The gatehouse attendant helps the company grow by:

  • Greeting incoming guests and tenants, providing information regarding the site and surrounding area as requested by visitors.
  • Monitoring premises to prevent theft, property destruction, violence or rules and safety violations.
  • Responding to emergency vehicle needs immediately, and alarms.
  • Providing parking passes to guests and vendors.
  • Keeping the door to Gatehouse clear of snow.

Compensation:

$18 - $20 based on experience

Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 2pm-10pm

Requirements

  • Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
  • Professional customer service skills.
  • Interpretation and completion of verbal and/or written instructions at a proficient level.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
  • Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
