Join our Team! Leland Management is seeking a Gate Operations Team Lead for one of our communities in the Summerfield, FL area. The position is full-time (Monday thru Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm) with competitive and excellent benefits.
Summary: Serves as Team Lead of Gate Operations for the HOA of Spruce Creek Golf & Country Club. Follows the policies and procedures as directed by the Board of Directors of the HOA in managing the Gate and Patrol Operations of the community. Conducts oneself in a friendly manner in dealing with the public as a representative of the community.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Oversees a staff of 35 Gate Attendant and Patrol Team members.
- Screen, interview, and hire applicants to maintain designated staffing model for Gate Attendant and Patrol Officers.
- Manage scheduling, payroll, and training of all Gate and Patrol staff.
- Review, post, and take action on all incident reports submitted by Gate and Patrol Team.
- Review and follow up on any action items from daily Patrol logs.
- Coordinate the service and repairs on both Spruce Creek Patrol vehicles.
- Monitor the daily, weekly, and monthly gas expenses and submit receipts appropriately.
- Review and manage the monthly budget and expenditures for the Gate Operations accounts.
- Review and record all video footage from security camera system as required or requested by residents or Leland Management.
- Familiarize yourself with all locations and subdivisions to be able to respond as needed and to give directions to incoming guests and vendors.
- Ensure staff maintains Gate House and Patrol vehicle housekeeping standards.
- Report any maintenance issues to the Maintenance Director or Maintenance Manager.
- Report any communication or technology issues to the Communications Manager.
- Report any Gate arm issues to current vendor for repairs.
- Report any Access Control issues to the Communications Manager.
- Maintain proficiency with TekWave Visitor Management system to assist Gate and Patrol staff as well as residents as needed.
- Ensure staff is adhering to the current dress code policy.
- Attend and participate in various committee meetings as requested.
- Any other assignments as requested by Leland Management staff.
