Full Charge Bookkeeper – HOAMCO (Prescott, AZ)

HOAMCO has an immediate opening for a full-time Full Charge Bookkeeper for our fast-paced Prescott, AZ office. This position will be responsible for maintaining financial records, accurate data entry, problem-solving and general ledger clean-up. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, professional candidate.

Qualifications:

• Bookkeeping experience: 3 years (required).
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping reconciliation principles.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software.
• Self-motivated to provide excellent bookkeeping services.
  
  

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full cycle accounting duties.
• Prepares monthly financial statements.
• Code and enter vendor expense invoices.
• Prepare bank deposits.
• Ensure accuracy in the ledger.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly tax returns for multiple companies.
• Manage Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable.
• Reconcile multiple bank statements and credit card statements.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts.
• Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task.
