About the Community:
This beautiful, master-planned community offers peaceful countryside living. With panoramic skyline views as its backdrop, it features an iconic stone tower and a beautiful water feature inspired by the English countryside. Residents will enjoy a sense of belonging as they gather with neighbors along miles of trails or at one of the many planned events hosted throughout the year. The community features two amenities centers, large swimming pools, sports courts, a pavilion, and an event lawn.
Our Front Office Coordinator is the glue that holds it all together! They serve our community with administrative duties and provide above and beyond service that promotes CCMC’s core values.
What you’ll accomplish:
- Provides administrative support to community staff
- Greeting and assisting guests, answering phones, and directing calls
- Maintaining membership files, association website and homeowner portal
- Ensuring vendor insurance and W-9 files are current and organized
- Fulfilling resident information requests
- Assisting with the preparation and coordination of mailings and other important correspondence
- Maintaining warranty information for office equipment, telephones, and computers
- Monitoring the supply of important documents including: new homeowner packets, architectural forms, traffic and safety forms, etc.
- Assisting with community meetings and activities as required
- Maintaining a clean and inviting environment
What we’re looking for:
- Experience with HOA operations preferred
- A dynamic individual with a strong sense of organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Outgoing with a professional personality
- Must work well independently and within a group
- Excellent people skills, with a commitment to customer service
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
- Computer skills that include a strong working knowledge of MS Office programs
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
If driving is, or becomes, a requirement of the role, it is required, at all times, that you hold a valid state driver’s license for the class of vehicle you are driving, maintain a clean motor vehicle report, and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits. You must notify Human Resources immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing. CCMC may periodically review motor vehicle reports to ensure compliance with these requirements.
The physical requirements can vary, but generally, they may include:
- Mobility: Ability to walk the grounds long distances in various weather conditions.
- Lifting and Carrying: Occasionally lifting and carrying supplies or equipment up to 25 pounds.
- Extended Sitting or Standing: Capability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings or events.
- Manual Dexterity: Skills in using technology, including computers and mobile devices.
