Job Description
Action Property Management, the leader in luxury high rise management, is seeking a full-time Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at our ultra luxury high rise association, MIRA, located in San Francisco.
Compensation: $25.00- $27.00 Per Hour
Schedule: Open Availability; 40 Hours Per Week; 2:00 PM- 10:30 PM; Holidays Required

Job Summary:
Under the direction of the General Manager, the Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for the oversight, training, and development of the Front Desk Staff. The Front Desk Supervisor and Front Desk Associates are the initial point of contact for people entering the lobby, and as such, must have a professional appearance and warmly greet homeowners and guests.
The Front Desk Supervisor will act as a liaison between Management and Residents. They will also be responsible for the performance of all Front Desk Staff and will be required to cover any gaps in scheduling. Additionally, they are responsible for the tracking of all guests, deliveries, and vendors that come to the property and ensure they have proper approval from Residents and or Management to enter the premises.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of front desk management experience, preferably in property management or hospitality
- At least 2 years of leadership experience
- Polished and professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to exercise good judgement, take initiative, demonstrate flexibility, and respond quickly to changing situations and business needs
- Willingness to complete overtime as needed
- Ability to work independent in absence of supervision
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must successfully pass pre-employment criminal background investigation and pre-employment drug screening
