Job Description
Are you a customer-oriented individual that would like to be the face and represent a beautiful beach high-rise community? join Associa as a Front Desk Representative and have the flexibility of working part-time hours and sharing your customer service or hospitality skills with our residents and guest at this beautiful community. We are seeking a reliable individual with a passion for ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our residents.
Positions: 3 Part-Time positions available
Hours: 1 position covering 24 hours a week and 2 positions covering 32 hours per week
Schedules:
- 24 hour position:
- Wednesday and Saturday- 12:00am to 8:00am, Friday- 4:00pm to 12:00am
- 32 hour positions:
- Monday and Tuesday- 12:00 am to 8:00 am, Saturday- 8:00am to 4:00pm, Sunday- 12:00am to 8:00am
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist residents and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently and courteously.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Monitor and control access to the residential community.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook).
- At least one year of directly related or closely related experience.
- Able to work effectively with others in person and in group setting.
- Able to communicate effectively and professionally on phone, email, and in-person.
- Must be able to operate general office equipment (copies, fax, phone system, etc.).
- Professional Customer service skills.
- High School Diploma or GED.
