Front Desk Receptionist – HOAMCO (Albuquerque, NM)

HOAMCO is seeking a full-time Front Desk Receptionist for our offices in our Albuquerque, NM. We are looking for a dependable, friendly, professional candidate for this position. This employee will be a first impression for our offices. This is a great opportunity for a local resident.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service
• Proficient skills in organization
• Ability to navigate in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
• 2-3 years of reception/administrative experience is preferred
• Friendly and professional demeanor

Job Duties

• Positive customer service is a key component of this position and a primary role
• Professional organization while able to be friendly and greet incoming visitors managing the front entrance area
• Answering multiple phone lines
• Clerical/administrative support as assigned, working both independently and with colleagues
• Providing a professional desk and lobby environment
