Job Description

Action Property Management, the leader in association management, is seeking a full time Lead Front Desk Associate to join our team at our luxury property, Evo, located in Los Angeles, CA.

Compensation: $25 - $28 per hour

Schedule: Tuesday to Friday: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM; Saturday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Summary

  • Represent Action Property Management and the Association by delivering exceptional 5-star customer service and ensuring 100% resident satisfaction
  • Assist the General Manager with the training and supervision of the front desk staff and third party vendors
  • Maintain the appearance of the front desk area, lobby, and main elevators
  • Monitor lobby activity and maintain access control
  • Provide concierge services
  • Complete Daily Activity Report
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Receive and distribute resident parcels
  • Address resident and guest concerns and questions
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the association's governing documents

Qualifications

  • Must be over 18 years of age and successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screening
  • A minimum of 1 year of front desk hotel experience or at least 1 year of leadership experience in a related customer service industry
  • Hospitality Management college students or graduates are highly desired
  • Polished and professional presentation and demeanor
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Strong judgment and solutions-oriented
  • Proactive customer service approach
