Job Description
Our Company is seeking:
An experienced and highly motivated Front Desk Lead position for our Condominium in Miami/Brickell, FL (33130).
Schedule (40 Hours, Full-Time): M-F 9a-5p
Responsibilities:
- Oversees a fluid arrival and departure process at front desk and main lobby (greeting residents and guests)
- Investigates communicates professionally in person any resident complaints or rule violations, documenting and creating the incident report
- Assist in covering Front Desk for short breaks as needed
- Responds to all emergencies onsite and is the first to communicate situation to General Manager and team
