Front Desk Concierge (Weekends) - Envy Residences (Scottsdale, AZ)

HOAMCO has an immediate openings for a Part-Time Front Desk Concierge at Envy Residences in Scottsdale, AZ. As a Concierge, you'll enjoy helping our residents achieve a high standard of customer service. The Concierge is responsible for providing excellent customer service to all residents, as well as administrative duties.

We are hiring more than one person to work the following WEEKEND shifts:

• Saturday and Sundays.
• 7AM – 3PM.
  
  

PAY RATE: $18.00/Hourly.

Qualifications:

• Excellent in person customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Advanced communication skills (both verbally and written).
• Experience working in the Hospitality Industry is a plus.
• Customer Service experience required.
  
  

Job Duties:

• Providing administrative support.
• Maintaining welcome desk.
• Utilizing excellent customer service skills while greeting visitors and homeowners face-to-face.
• Manages package delivery system.
• Partners with the On-site Community Manager to effectively manage the front welcome area.
