Front Desk Concierge (PT) - One Lexington (Phoenix, AZ)
HOAMCO is seeking a part-time weekend Front Desk Concierge for our luxury high rise association, One Lexington, located in Phoenix. The ideal candidate will consistently provide superior customer service, be reliable and on-time, present a professional appearance and take ownership of their role as Front Desk Concierge.
Weekend shifts include Saturdays from 7:00AM – 3:00PM or 3:00PM – 11:00PM and Sunday from 10:00AM – 8:00PM. The weekend Front Desk Concierge would need to be flexible and willing to work either the morning or evening shift on Saturday. Sunday is one ten hour shift. Additional hours during the week could be available as well. If you're interested apply today and become part of our great team.

Requirements
- Superior customer service skills.
- A positive and friendly attitude.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Advanced communication skills (both verbally and written).
- Ability to proactively identify issues and resolve before problems arise.
- Able to prioritize and adjust to incoming demands.
- Exceptional time management and ability to work independently.
- Proficient in various computer programs (Windows) including MS office.
- Customer Service experience required.
- Experience working in HOA and/or Property Management experience is a plus.
- Must be reliable.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support.
- Respond to homeowner inquiries in person, by phone or email as quickly as possible.
- Assist Residents with registering vehicles, creating fobs, filling out forms, etc.
- Monitor security cameras and bring any concerns to the GM or Assistant Manager.
- Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality with homeowner information.
- Create incident reports as needed.
- Maintaining the front desk/lobby area in a neat, clean, and organized manner.
- Utilizing excellent customer service skills while greeting visitors and homeowners.
- Managing and tracking all incoming and outgoing packages.
- Checking in all guests and vendors to ensure a secure building.
- Have knowledge of Association Community Rules.
- Ability to stay calm and excellent decision-making skills.
- Any special projects as assigned by General Manager or Assistant Manager.
Work Environment And Physical Demands
- Work in a typical office environment, using a computer.
- Sit and/or stand for lengthy periods of time.
- Walking throughout property as needed.
- Complete shift responsibility check list.
- Able to lift objects weighing up to 30 pounds.
