Front Desk Concierge - Envy Residences (Scottsdale, AZ)

HOAMCO has an immediate opening for a Full-Time Front Desk Concierge at Envy Residences in Scottsdale, AZ. As a Concierge, you'll enjoy helping our residents achieve a high standard of customer service. The Concierge is responsible for providing excellent customer service to all residents, as well as administrative duties. Benefits are available after 60 days.

HOURS: 7 am to 3 pm.

PAY RATE: $18.00/Hourly - Apply today!

Requirements:

• Excellent in-person customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Advanced communication skills (both verbally and written)
• Experience working in the Hospitality Industry is a plus
• Customer Service experience required
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Providing administrative support
• Maintaining welcome desk
• Utilizing excellent customer service skills while greeting visitors and homeowners face-to-face
• Manages package delivery system
• Partners with the On-site Community Manager to effectively manage the front welcome area
