If so, check out this opportunity below!This is for a part time position for Mondays from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, with opportunities for additional earnings for vacation and sick time coverage.

We want to hire a Concierge dedicated to a gorgeous high-rise community who shares our vision, values and commitment to superior customer service. A Concierge is responsible for greeting and assisting the public as walk-ins with helpfulness and courtesy; directing visitors to the proper department or individual, announcing visitors to staff by providing prudent information (name, address, nature of visit, appointment/walk-in) monitoring conference rooms, coordinating courier bag pick up, and issuing and monitoring key fobs when assigned to guests, and more.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Meets the public and answers questions; issues visitor tags as required, issues fobs upon receipt of collateral and logging in visitor register book.
  • Accepts and issues receipts as requested for homeowner payments.
  • Date stamp all hand delivered packages, including payments.
  • Assist Community Manager as needed.
  • Monitor conference room scheduling and assist with set up (chairs and fold up tables) for staff meetings, Homeowners Association meetings, etc. Post schedule, meeting signs, etc. Insure the conference rooms are neat and tidy at all times (assist with clean up as necessary).
  • Advises package recipient when delivered packages are received at reception area.
  • Process returned mail due to incorrect address and re-mailing if a correct address is provided.
  • Assists with issuing keys and remotes as requested.
  • Provides general clerical work for other departments as time permits.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum two years of prior customer experience. High school diploma required.
  • Ability to be courteous and possess a friendly demeanor.
  • Must be computer proficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook and terminal software application programs.
  • Effective written and verbal communication with management, staff, residents, contractors and vendors; organize, prioritize and complete tasks independently.
  • Must be flexible to work extended hours or overtime.

Compensation:

  • Starting at $18.50 per hour
