Job Description
We are seeking aPart-time Front Desk position (approx. 15-20 hours/week, working evening and weekends) for Clubhouse within a 55-plus residential homeowners association community. This position is an entry level role.Candidates should be reliable, punctual, professional, with excellent communication skills.
Duties include: Managing multi-line phone system; greeting, assisting, and fielding residents and guests questions; providing administrative support including copying, scanning, faxing and filing; monitoring activity both within and outside the Clubhouse.
This is the part time (15-20 hours per week) schedule that is shared among other attendants. Flexible is required for this position. Example of the hours are as follows:
Monday - Friday around 5pm-9pm
Saturday 7am-2pm
Saturday 2pm-9pm
Sunday 8am-1pm
Sunday 1pm-6pm
Requirements
- Requires a high school diploma or GED
- Entry level position, willing to train.
- Must be able to use MS Office 2007 or later, particularly Excel and Word. Must be able to adapt to management software and computer programs being utilized by company.
- Ability to interpret and follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing and exercise diplomacy
