Job Description
Associa-PCM is looking for an energetic, passionate, personable, and detail-oriented professional to join our growing team. The right candidate will embrace change, celebrate innovation, and have an unwavering passion for providing extraordinary customer service to our valuable clients.
This position is located on-site at luxury community with hoursWednesday 12:00-8:30pm, Thursday-Friday 10:30am-7p, and Saturday from 9am-5:30pm. In this role, you will interact daily with the residents of the community, help create and organize events, all while providing a welcoming professional but fun environment. You will work closely with the General Manager and Assistant Manager to help accomplish these goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Welcome homeowners/guests/vendors/new customers to community
- Planning, execution and oversight of on-site events
- Performs various administrative/managerial tasks in support of community’s vision
- Deliver memorable interactions with all residents by being friendly, answering questions and being helpful as you develop a strong rapport with each resident
- Manage and organize services for the community such as package collections, wellness checks of their homes for those out of town for an extended period of time, assist with restaurant reservations and other minor tasks as requested.
- Maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positivity
- Provide exemplary and timely customer service to residents, pets and community staff
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
High School education or equivalent, 1-2 years of directly related customer service experience; or equivalent combination of education, experience and/or training. Needs to be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

- Ability to effectively interface with a wide range of customers and all levels of personnel
- Ability to solve practical problems
- Ability to interpret and follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to operate standard office equipment
- Ability to prioritize work flow and to efficiently schedule/utilize time
- Ability to pay close attention to detail
- Competency in word processing, spreadsheet, or database management software packages
- Knowledge of office practices, filing systems, record keeping and proper phone etiquette
Pay range for this position in the state of California is $18-$26 hourly.
