Job Description
A Front Desk Agent is a customer service employee.They are the visible point person for the business enterprise and are there to be available to guests/customers at all times. They may be considered to be upscale, high-end
information desk employees. The Front Desk Agent will need a strong familiarity with the surrounding area
to provide directions. They may need to know bus, train, and subway schedules as well. The
Front Desk Agents also perform other services for guests/customers, which may involve tasks such as
receiving packages at a hotel, or ensuring that dry cleaning is picked up or
dropped off.
Requirements
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level.
Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
Professional customer service skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
