General Job Information

This position is located on-site at the office of one of our communities we manage in DFW and will be responsible for creating and maintaining our customer service experience by delivering extraordinary service to our homeowners.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Welcome Homeowner in the office Receive Homeowner payments
  • Handle walk in billing questions
  • Transfer calls to appropriate parties
  • Working extensively with Outlook, and software for recording correspondence
  • Conflict de-escalation and resolution with difficult or upset customers
  • Following up on outstanding issues
  • Talk face to face to explain situations or billing issues and provide billing support
  • Provide high level customer service Internal and external emails
  • Anticipate internal and external needs
  • Assist with Community Activities as directed
  • Maintain Social media updates as directed by Community Manager and the Board of Directors
  • Must be able to work outside for short periods of time
  • Conduct site management of the community to ensure compliance
  • Attend monthly evening board meetings to assist the Community Manager

Hourly Pay: $17 per hour or dependent on experience

Part Time Hours (25 hours weekly): 12 pm to 5 pm Monday through Friday
