Food & Beverage Assistant Manager - Adelina's Bistro (Nipomo, CA)
We are seeking experienced F & B personnel to cover our amazing community restaurant located in Trilogy at Monarch Dunes.
Pay Rate is Based on Experience with a Minimum of $22/Hourly.
Benefits Available after 60 Days; Medical-Dental-Vision-PTO-Holiday Pay- 401K and more.

Qualifications
- Candidates must be able to communicate, read and write in English fluently and in a professional manner
- At least 2 years of work experience in same or related field
- Computer literate, including MS Office and Outlook and POS systems
- Requires the ability to follow directions and work efficiently and willingly within a team environment
- Ability to provide outstanding service to customers and coordinate with vendors in a fast-paced environment
Job Responsibilities
- Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience building a guest-centric culture in food and beverage areas
- Knowledge of food and beverage business fundamentals: department sales trends, freshness and quality, inventory management, guest ordering patterns, pricing, and promotions strategies
- Knowledge of the competition; leveraging guest insights to influence store leadership and food teams to drive business initiatives
- Experience influencing in-store food and beverage department quarterly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals
- Direct and supervise staff of +/- 4 on simple food preparation and serving.
- Manage invoice tracking, budgets, ordering, scheduling, interviewing, and inventory.
- Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to meet financial goals and promote profitability.
- Ability to assess daily business performance and provide leaders guidance to drive efficiencies in food and beverage departments
