Join our team! Leland Management is seeking a motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Manager for a private community restaurant and bar in the Kissimmee, FL area. This position is full-time and is ideal for a hospitality professional looking to take the next step in their career and contribute to the success of a multifaceted establishment.
Role Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bars.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize revenue generation and profitability.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships to maintain high-quality standards and cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with marketing and events teams to create and promote engaging events and dining experiences.
- Monitor financial performance, assist in preparing budgets, and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Uphold the venue's reputation by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or similar executive role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a multi-faceted venue.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
- Sound knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
Preferred Skills And Qualifications
- 5+ years’ work experience in food and beverage industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in Food Handling and Safety.
- Certification in T.I.P.S./alcohol awareness training
