Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Naples, FL for a Food and Beverage Manager. The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of food service and beverage outlets, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. They will also be responsible for managing the budget, training staff, and maintaining a high standard of food and beverage quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service and food & beverage management
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience in training and supervising staff
• Knowledge of budgeting and cost control
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is desirable
