Job Description
Action Property Management, the leader in community management, is seeking part-time ON CALL Front Desk Associates to join our team to fill in at various luxury HOAs throughout Los Angeles and Orange County.
Some cities include but are not limited to:
Downtown LA

Job Summary
Represent Action Property Management and the association by greeting residents, guests, and other visitors at the Front Desk in a welcoming and professional manner.
Maintain the appearance of the Front Desk area, Lobby, and main elevators
Monitor lobby activity and maintain access control
Provide concierge services
Complete the Daily Activity Report
Receive and distribute resident parcels
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Address resident and guest concerns and questions
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the association's governing documents
Scheduled: Varies, Must have a flexible schedule, and must be willing to drive to various locations across LA and OC.
On-Call Front Desk Associates can sign up for open shifts ahead of time and might also be called in for emergencies
.
Compensation: $20 hourly and $27.00 per hour on company-observed holidays
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age and successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
At least 6 months of customer service experience is required. Hospitality, luxury retail, or fine dining experience is highly desired.
