Job Description
The Fitness Receptionist is responsible for day-to-day operations, to assist with scheduling appointments, zoom meetings, answering phones, sending out emails and following up with vendors. Accountable for setting client services, record keeping, entering financial data (i.e. income and expenses). Assisting with organizing presentations, meetings, keep track of virtual Staying Connected activities and other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform various administrative functions and complete reports.
- Answer phones and greet visitors.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings.
- Collate and distribute mail.
- Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence.
- Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents.
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Ability to interpret verbal and/or written instructions at a proficient level.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in the performance of all duties and responsibilities.
- Ability to self-motivate, be proactive, detail oriented and successfully function as part of a team.
- Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and forms.
- Must be able to prioritize, manage time, and meet deadlines.
- Must be able to work effectively with others in person and in group setting.
- Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally on phone, email, and in-person.
- Must be able to operate general office equipment (copier, fax, phone systems, etc.).
- Professional customer service skills.
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- At least one year of directly related or closely related experience.
- Typical office environment.
- Must be able to push/pull up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to drive to the different facilities on property.
- Must be able to work evenings weekends and holidays as necessary.
