Description
Essential Functions
An individual must be able to successfully perform the essential functions of this position with or
without a reasonable accommodation.
- Provide support to the Accounting Team Lead as needed and as requested
 - Bank reconciliations for all client bank accounts on a monthly basis
 - Communicate and work directly with the bank regarding any overdrafts, returns, authorizations, etc.
 - Integrate financial reporting for new clients
 - Facilitate transfer of funds between bank accounts both internal and external
 - Post and deposit payments
 - Review and approve refund requests
 - Coordinate requests for debit/credit cards
 - Apply credits to ledgers as needed
 - General ledger transactions
 - Communicate both internally and externally with clients, homeowners and coworkers regarding any
 - accounting inquiries or concerns both via phone and email
 - Compile, review and provide financial reports to clients and coworkers on a monthly basis
 - Other tasks as assigned
 
Requirements
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills required
 - Typing speed of 60 WPM with 90% accuracy
 - Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc)
 - Proficiency in Gmail and Google Suites
 - Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
 - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
 - Retain and recall a large amount of detailed information
 - Move quickly and efficiently through assigned workloads
 - Communicate well with fellow employees and be comfortable working as part of a team
 - Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and generally enjoy working with a diverse clientele
 - Demonstrate the ability to independently manage workload, set priorities, meet deadlines, work under
 - pressure and adjust to change
 - Demonstrate the ability to manage time in order to maximize the maintenance of on-going client
 - relationships
 - Demonstrate integrity and strong character
 
Education
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
 - 2-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
 
Physical Activities
The following physical activities are necessary to perform one or more of the essential functions of this
position.
- In-office presence required
 - Create documents, reports, etc. using a writing instrument or computer
 - Enter and locate information on a computer
 - Visually verify and/or read information
 - Communicate effectively in person or by using telecommunications equipment
 - Move, lift and carry supplies weighing less than 20 pounds without assistance
