Action Property Management seeks a Full-Time Remote Financial Planning and Analysis Manager (FP&A), to assist our Corporate Accounting department for our Corporate Office located in Irvine, CA.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee core Finance functions that include building and maintaining financial reports and analysis.
- Develop and oversee the monthly financial reports, annual budgeting, forecast process, including regional performance and variance analysis.
- Create financial models based on scenarios to support organizational decision making.
- Develop and present reports for key financial and operating metrics that support the operations.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations for senior leadership and provide supporting analysis to assist with strategic decision making.
- Collaborate with department heads and other stakeholders in the development of key strategic initiatives.
- Provide business support to the operations team by representing Finance in ongoing planning, analysis, and projects.
- Innovate by leveraging Software and automation to improve reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting.
- Strong financial acumen and grasp of corporate finance fundamentals
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills including prioritization and critical thinking.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and take initiative to follow through
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
