Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Accounting Specialist at AVID PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, INC. located in the Greater Tampa Bay Area. The Financial Accounting Specialist will be responsible for managing financial statements, utilizing analytical skills, working with accounting software, handling finance tasks, and maintaining effective communication within the team.

Qualifications

• Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Must be able to read, understand, and explain spreadsheets, budgets, and other financial statements.
• Must have strong leadership skills.
• Must have strong organizational skills and be able to multi task.
• Intermediate skills with Excel
• A/P, A/R and bank reconciliations
• Month end accruals, journal entries and variance research skills
• Financial Statements and Finance skills
• Analytical Skills
• Experience with Accounting Software
• Strong Communication skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
