Job Description

The Manager of Field Services will be responsible for managing the maintenance and construction department. They are to lead the oversight and administrative management of clients' large-scale construction projects. The Manager will work with Boards of Directors, homeowners, managers, administrators, third-party vendors, and partner banks. The department adds value to our clients' relationships and provides increased revenue to the bottom line. The Manager Operates with significant independence and minimal supervision.

  • Reports directly to Branch President with dotted line to Regional RVP and RFSD of Maintenance
  • Maintenance STRAT
  • Regular updates to BP, leaderships team; Regular updates downstream on progress to plans
  • Financial accountability for total branch maintenance revenue and margin goal results
  • C-SAT
  • Safety training maintenance per OSHA requirements
  • Maintenance organization structure
  • Gratitude, incentive, and team building initiatives
  • Timely billing, invoicing, and end of month adjustments/accruals
  • Budget planning
  • Previous experience managing a general property maintenance team is required. Working with subcontractors is a PLUS

Requirements

  • 3 – 7 years of directly related or closely related experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level
  • Knowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.) at a proficient level
  • Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.)
  • Professional customer service skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented and a team player
  • Interpretation and completion of verbal and/or written instructions at a proficient level
  • Time management and time-critical prioritization skills
