Associa is currently looking for Maintenance Manager to join our Canyon Gate team in Albuquerque, NM.The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for managing the maintenance and construction department. They are to lead the oversight and administrative management of clients' large-scale construction projects. The Manager will work closely with Boards of Directors, homeowners, managers, administrators, third-party vendors, and partner banks.

• Responsible for job estimating and working with contractors and clients to formulate and solicit bids for jobs and contracts.
• Responsible for work order flows and assisting clients with planning and implementing maintenance projects ranging from recurring small projects to large scale multi-contractor projects
• Responsible for updating clients and company with regular updates on a consistent manner including job scheduling.
• Responsible for financial accountability for total branch maintenance revenue and margin goal results
• Safety training maintenance per OSHA requirements
• Responsible for timely billing, invoicing, and end of month adjustments/accruals
• Responsible for budget planning

Requirements

• Experience in HVAC, estimating, proposal composition, field service management.
• must have valid drivers license
• will need access to own vehicle and tools
