Facilities Coordinator (PT) – Amante Clubhouse (Cornville, AZ)
Amante Clubhouse is looking for a Part-Time Facilities Coordinator for our summer season.
This employee will report to our Community Manager.

Primary Role: A Facilities Coordinator attends to the daily operations of the community facilities (pool & spa, recreational courts, picnic, playground, and grassy areas surrounding clubhouse), and involves regular contact with residents and their guests using the facilities.
Qualifications:
- Work experience involving regular public contact
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills and work experience involving regular public contact.
- Professional appearance and positive demeanor; to wear the issued reflective vest while on duty.
- Ability to assess problems and determine appropriate solutions.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and general computer skills.
- Certified in CPR and use of AED, or willingness to obtain certification.
Job Duties:
- Facility greeter
- Provide excellent customer service
- Daily inspections of community facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness
- Maintain working knowledge of rules, regulations and policies
- Enforce facility guidelines
- Answer incoming calls regarding facilities
- Place bulletins and other materials the community bulletin board
- Assist in set-up, planning, and facilitating functions, and clean-up
- Open and lock doors according to your shift.
