Job Description
Summary:
Associa-PCM is looking for a self-starter, energetic, passionate, personable, and detail-oriented professional to join our growing team. The right candidate will embrace change, celebrate innovation, and have an unwavering passion for providing extraordinary customer service to our valuable clients.
This position is located on-site at a community in Riverside, CA. In this role, you will interact daily with the residents of the community, connect with vendors, all while providing a welcoming environment. This role works closely with the Community Manager and Assistant Community Manager to help accomplish these goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Planning, execution, follow up and oversight of on-site work orders/repairs
- Follow up on facilities complaints and violations
- Set clubhouse reservations
- Patrol parking permits
- Performs various administrative tasks in support of community’s vision
- Deliver memorable interactions with all residents by being friendly, answering questions and being helpful as you develop a strong rapport with each resident
- Provides feedback to the Management Team on facility maintenance
- Works effectively with co-workers, customers, and others by sharing ideas in a constructive and positive manner
- Addresses problems and issues constructively to find mutually acceptable and practical business solutions
- Patrol grounds for broken gates, lights that are out, leaking sprinklers and other occasional repairs thatpatrols reveal.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
High School education or equivalent, 1-2 years of directly related customer service experience; or equivalent combination of education, experience and/or training. Needs to be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

- Ability to interpret and follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing

- Ability to prioritize workflow and to efficiently schedule/utilize time
- Ability to pay close attention to detail
- Must possess a cell phone to take and send photos as needed
- Competency in word processing, spreadsheet, or database management software packages
- Knowledge of office practices, filing systems, record keeping and proper phone etiquette
The pay for this role is $20 hourly. The hours are flexible at 5 hours a day, 5 days a week. Saturday is a required day.
