Job Description

Taylor Management Company is seeking an experienced Community Manager for a large Atlantic County on-site position. Are you looking to take your career to the next level? The ideal candidate will have direct experience managing HOA's and a CAI designation reflecting your skillset and training.

Primary Responsibilities: Provide high level support and management to the assigned community. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Board of Directors to address and answer to the needs of the community, meet all the Association and Taylor Management Company requirements of the job and handle the full day-to-day business operations of the Association. Applicant will also manage pools, clubhouse, tennis courts and other recreational amenities.

Requirements

  • MUST have three (3) years or more Community Association Management experience
  • CMCA or higher designation preferred, but not required
  • Excellent computer skills required
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to work effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
  • Must be an excellent oral and written communicator
  • Must be detailed oriented and have good thinking and problem-solving acumen
  • Must be able to multi-task and work on more than one assignment at a time, effectively and efficiently
  • Must be able to begin the position quickly
