We are seeking a dedicated individual to oversee the administration, management, and operation of our prestigious property.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure alignment with the Board's objectives and directives
  • Uphold and enforce Association policies, rules, and regulations
  • Maintain financial integrity of the association
  • Coordinate services and supervise vendors and contractors
  • Conduct regular property inspections
  • Cultivate positive relationships with vendors and residents
  • Attend and actively participate in Board meetings
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service and attention to detail

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with property management practices and regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Relevant experience in Property Management, with a focus on high-rise buildings
  • CMCA designation preferred, or willingness to pursue relevant certifications
