Job Description

The Executive Director is responsible for ensuring the stability and success of the Community. The Executive Director

has the ultimate authority over and management responsibility for all functional areas of the community and ensures

compliance with all current industry standards, regulations and guidelines. Must posses one of the following certifications: Certified Director of Assisted Living (CDAL), Assisted Living Manager (ALM), or Nursing Home Administrator (NHA).

Keys To Success

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required.
  • At least 5 years of progressively responsible management experience in the long-term care industry or related field required.
  • Knowledge of management, fiscal, and medical/nursing practices and procedures, laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to long-term care. Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, interpret, and manage programs, goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and resources necessary to provide quality of care
