Executive Assistant – Prescott, AZ

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, supporting C-level executives.
- Minimum of 3 Years of experience in Legal field.
- A certified and licensed document preparer (CDLP) is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and dependability.
- Preferred background or familiarity with real estate terminology, purchasing, and leasing is highly desirable.
- Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports for the CEO.
- Coordinate and assist with special projects and events as assigned by the CEO.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal inquiries and communications directed to the CEO.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare documents for meetings and presentations attended by the CEO.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively address issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Draft, review, and finalize commercial and residential leases, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and organizational policies.
- Prepare contracts, ensuring clarity of terms and conditions while mitigating potential risks.
