The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the senior leadership team while also conducting market research to support the company's sales and marketing efforts. This is a 50/50 role, split between administrative duties and market research. The Executive Assistant will also run occasional errands and needs to be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Lastly, this is an in office role in Phoenix, Arizona.

Administrative Support
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the calendars and schedules of the Managing Director, CEO, and COO
- Arrange meetings, conferences, and travel logistics
- Prepare meeting agendas and take detailed meeting minutes
- Provide general administrative support including filing, document organization, and answering phone calls
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Run occasional errands as needed, such as picking up supplies or making deliveries
- Keep track of receipts and reimbursable expenses
- Conduct research to identify potential new clients and leads for the sales and marketing team
- Gather data on target market demographics, pain points, and competitors
- Analyze market trends and provide insights to the leadership team
- Support the creation of marketing materials, mailers, and other sales collateral
- 3-5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity software
- Demonstrated aptitude for market research and data analysis
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
- Bachelor's degree preferred
