Action Property Management, a premier management company, is seeking a Emissary/Access Control Officer (Part-Time 32 Hours) to join our team at our luxury residential community, Pacific Gate located in San Diego.

Pacific Gate by Bosa is the new premier luxury residences in San Diego. Pacific Gate offers flawless finishes and unparalleled services and amenities to bring the extraordinary to the day to day living.

Compensation: $19.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday & Tuesday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM; Wednesday & Thursday 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Job Summary:

Under the direction of the assistant general manager, The Emissary is responsible for providing constant security presence on the interior and exterior as well as respond as necessary to the resident and guest's needs. The Emissary will patrol and inspect the common areas on a routine basis to ensure that access is controlled, enforce community policies and ensure the property is well maintained. Emissary must at all times display a professional appearance and speak in a polite manner and clear tone, including answering telephones or addressing residents and guests.

Requirements:

  • 6 months of customer service experience. Preferably in hospitality or luxury property management.
  • Polished and professional appearance and demeanor
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Strong critical thinking skills. Must be solutions oriented
  • High attention to detail
  • Personable and capable of building a strong rapport with residents and guests
  • Team player
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
