Description
The Doorman serves as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors of a luxury condominium association. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a secure and welcoming environment, and ensuring smooth day-to-day front door operations. The ideal candidate is professional, courteous, observant, and capable of managing various resident and building-related needs efficiently.
Schedule: weekends, part-time
Requirements
- Greet residents, guests, and visitors warmly and professionally.
 - Monitor entry and exit of individuals to ensure building security.
 - Assist residents with packages, deliveries, and transportation coordination,
 - Maintain a log of visitors, deliveries, and service personnel.
 - Ensure that unauthorized persons do not gain access to the building.
 - Communicate effectively with the property management and security teams.
 - Report any suspicious activities or incidents to building management immediately.
 - Maintain a neat and organized lobby area.
 - Enforce building rules and policies respectfully.
 - Provide assistance during emergencies or evacuations in accordance with established protocols.
