Job Description

The Division Vice President is responsible for development and implementation of the strategic vision and planning for a division within the branch. The Division Vice President assists with the day to day leadership and management and presents the appropriate image to the public, as well as assists with the management and implementation of short- and long-range goals of the branch. The Division Vice President oversees a branch division and sometimes a variety of onsite locations with different structures, and, thus, the specific duties and responsibilities will vary. Division Vice President assist directly the supervision of the branch level management. A Division Vice President assists with the budget, fiscal management and financial health of the branch.

Requirements

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide leadership and oversight in general operations of the division.
  • Manage employees (motivation, career growth, performance management) at the division level.
  • Monitor performance of overarching goals and initiatives for the branch.
  • Establish positive relationships with stakeholders and other vendors at the division level.
  • Assist with management of strategic planning, business development, and fiscal operations at the division level.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Knowledge of GAAP at a proficient level.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at an expert level.
  • Knowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.) at an expert level.
  • Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
  • Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
  • Confidentiality and discretion in the performance of all duties and responsibilities.
  • Time management and time critical prioritization skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • Master of Business Administration Degree Preferred
  • 10+ years of directly related or closely related experience
  • 7 - 10 years of Management and/or Supervisory experience
  • 7 – 10 years of Community Association experience
  • Professional Designation Required

Pay range for this position is $95,000-$105,000
